I am writing this letter on behalf of Ted Learakos and United American Mortgage Corporation. Having purchased my first home in July 2011, Ted was instrumental to the process of helping me secure a loan and purchase my dream home (which was a complicated matter because I was purchasing a short sale). Ted was there to answer my questions every step of the way, and his assistant Aleta Logan made sure that every piece of paperwork the bank needed was signed, sealed, and delivered well in advance of our deadlines. They were both very proactive in anticipating what a bank may have an issue with, and made sure that we gave them what they needed to qualm any fears.
Within six months of closing on my property, interest rates dropped again, and Ted contacted me to let me know that I may want to consider refinancing. We ran the math together and it was a no-brainer. I refinanced my mortgage from a 30 year fixed loan to a 25 year fixed loan, and my monthly payment stayed very close to the same. I will definitely continue to use Ted Learakos and UAMCO for all of my future mortgage needs. Ted’s knowledge of the industry cannot be beat, and the customer service that he and Aleta provide definitely made my experience much easier than what I’ve heard other people go through. This was definitely an A++ experience. Thank you Ted!
