I recently went through UAMCO for the financing of my home purchase and I don’t know where to begin in regards to how great they were. Purchasing and financing a home in this current economy is not like it use to be. This is more of a team process and I am glad that my wife and I used Ted Learakos and his team (Aleta and Grace) for our purchase. Ted and his team made it clear what they needed to get this done and set the expectation to me as a client. I wanted to close on this purchase so bad that I made sure that they received everything within 3 hours of them asking for it. Ted and Aleta made themselves always available to me to answer any and all questions. The customer service was so amazing to the point where I felt I was part of the UAMCO team as well.
I understand that in the financing industry guidelines can change at a moments notice therefore throwing a wrench in the processing of the loan and may require the client to obtain further information. This is no ones fault it’s just how financing is wherever you go in today’s housing market. As prospective buyer you have to go in with that go in knowing that. Ted and his team made sure that they were update on all changes and we anticipated what changes can occur. All and all we closed on our home in 17 days from receiving the executed purchase contract(and could’ve have closed sooner if the tax transcripts didn’t take to long to post from the IRS, again this is an issue that is out of everyone’s hands) and got a great rate. My wife and I are really pleased with everything and won’t hesitate to use Ted and his team for any future Real Estate transactions.
