Aleta Logan, Executive Assistant

Aleta was a loan processor in 1999 and joined Ted in 2002. She has been Ted’s assistant since 2002, handling the day-to-day administrative coordination of his pipeline & the growth and promotion of Ted’s team. She has been in the glue that has held this very talented team of loan officers together through every market down turn. Steven Hensling, Disclosures/Regulatory Compliance

Steven has been in banking since 2011 and is currently handling disclosures, regulatory compliance and loan approval conditions for Ted’s team. He holds a DRE license (#2106996) & helps the team keep an eye out for all contingency removal dates. Real estate agents appreciate that!

Jessica Valdez McClure, Loan Officer

Jessica McClure has helped everyone from first time homebuyers to homeowners looking to refinance their existing loan programs, as a bilingual Spanish mortgage loan officer since 2003.
Jessica has over 20 years of experience servicing a large range of clients, including the Hispanic community, foreign nationals, first-time buyers, investors, local homeowners, and high-profile clients. Additionally, as the wife of a Marine veteran and daughter of an Air Force veteran, Jessica is dedicated to serving the brave veterans and soldiers of our Military. German Santibanez, Loan Officer

German is a bi-lingual Spanish speaking loan officer who has been working in the mortgage loan industry since 2004. He is very skilled at using the technology to streamline the loan process, which enables him to close loans quickly.  He has a lot of training on techniques to capture motivated buyers and is always looking for different ways to make the loan process as easy and efficient as possible for both buyers and agents. Vance Long, Loan Officer

Vance grew up in the real estate industry and has been a loan officer since 2002. Starting out in Mortgage Banking, he then went to work for a company with over 1000 branches in the country. His branch ranked in the Top 5! Vance is well versed in the multiple channels of lending as well as a wide array of financing from first time buyers to reverse mortgage, as well as VA, FHA and Jumbo. Vance holds a BA in Cinema and Television Arts with a screenwriting emphasis. Vance’s calm problem-solving manner is the perfect fit for Ted’s team.

Peggy Huber, Loan Officer

Peggy has held a California Real Estate License since 1973. She was Vice President of Real Estate, specializing in construction to permanent loans. Peggy has been a Loan Officer since 1992. Her ability to problem solve is un-matched. Ted’s team benefits by her long track record and experience.

David Lara, Loan Officer

Paul Faubion

Paul Faubion is Ted’s connection and go-to loan officer in Oregon. He brings to Ted’s team 36 years of experience in the real estate, building and lending industries and is licensed in both Oregon and California. While reverse mortgages are his specialty as a quest to enable seniors to enjoy a more comfortable retirement, he has access to the vast array of loan types available through United American Mortgage. His patient and calm approach to guiding his clients through the complexities of the loan paperwork and process relieves their anxiety and stress. Matt Mayo

As third-generation Long Beach, CA native, Matt has been in the mortgage business since 2016. Before getting into the mortgage business, he gained a broad variety of experience in several industries. While still attending Wilson High School, he got his first job at 17 years old selling vacation ownership. While the training was amazing in that role, education and entrepreneurship came knocking. During his time at Cal State Long Beach, he was President of the American Marketing Association and that eventually led him to the real estate industry.

All of the skills that Matt developed have transferred well into the mortgage space.
