Aleta Logan, Executive Assistant

Aleta was a loan processor in 1999 and joined Ted in 2002. She has been Ted’s assistant since 2002, handling the day-to-day administrative coordination of his pipeline & the growth and promotion of Ted’s team. She has been in the glue that has held this very talented team of loan officers together through every market down turn. Steven Hensling, Disclosures/Regulatory Compliance

Steven has been in banking since 2011 and is currently handling disclosures, regulatory compliance and loan approval conditions for Ted’s team. He holds a DRE license (#2106996) & helps the team keep an eye out for all contingency removal dates. Real estate agents appreciate that!

Vance grew up in the real estate industry and has been a loan officer since 2002. Starting out in Mortgage Banking, he then went to work for a company with over 1000 branches in the country. His branch ranked in the Top 5! Vance is well versed in the multiple channels of lending as well as a wide array of financing from first time buyers to reverse mortgage, as well as VA, FHA and Jumbo. Vance holds a BA in Cinema and Television Arts with a screenwriting emphasis. Vance’s calm problem-solving manner is the perfect fit for Ted’s team.

Matt Mayo
